Easy Plan makes the benefits of solar power more accessible. From the local solar farm we are building in Central Hawke’s Bay, we will match your estimated annual electricity needs to generation from the farm. Offered to you as a simplified daily power allocation, there to use, whatever the weather.
How it works
We estimate your annual power usage from the information you provide.
We’ll match your energy needs to an equivalent number of solar panels from our farm.
You get a daily power allocation at the same daily price; available day or night, rain or shine.
Your daily allocation is split into two use periods; Evening 6-9pm and any other time. Save when you shift usage from evening peak to any other time.
Carry Overs mean nothing gets wasted. Energy saved today can be used tomorrow or whenever its needed.

If over the year, you need a little more energy, or use it a little less, that’s no problem. We’ll track it in your Carry Over and settle any differences once a year.

In case you’re wondering, nothing gets wasted. If you use less power than your daily allocation, it’ll carry over.
So what you save today, can be used tomorrow, next month or whenever you need it. Over the year, your carry over credit should build over summer for use in winter.
You’ll always know where you’re at, as you’ll get a running tally of your Carry Overs on your monthly invoice.
If over the year, you end up needing a little more energy, or use less than your annual allocation, no worries! This is all tracked in your monthly invoice, with any differences settled up once a year.
